DYgreencard Inc. (“DYgreencard”, “we”, “our”) respects the privacy concerns of each visitor (“you” or “your”) to its Site – www.dygreencard.com(the “Site”) – and has created this Privacy Policy to explain the type of information gathered from your visit to and use of the Site and our services, and how such information may be used. By using the Site or the services provided by DYgreencard (the “Services”), you agree to the information practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, you may not access or use the Site or Services. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the DYgreencard’s Terms of Use. If you purchase Services that include independent attorney review, your relationship with the attorney will be governed by the Attorney Agreement. 1. Information We Collect

1.1. Personal Information

As a general policy, no “Personal Information” (as defined below) is automatically collected from your visit to the Site. “Personal Information” means: (1) your name, gender, date of birth, telephone number, postal address, and email address (“Identity Information”);  (2) information and documents necessary for preparation or filing of forms or applications to be submitted to government agencies, and if you file an application, we may receive from the government a unique receipt number assigned to your application (“Application Information”); and (3) payment and billing information from you, including, but not limited to, your credit/debit card information or bank account information (“Billing Information”).

We will collect and use Personal Information about you in a number of ways, including: notifying you about products, services, and other opportunities we think will be of interest to you; responding to your request for products or services offered through the Site. By using the Site, you are consenting to the use and disclosure of your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

If you would like to make corrections or updates to your Personal Information, including your email address, mailing address, or phone number, or password reminder phrase or your credit card information, you can easily make them through the edit profile section of your account. We reserve the right to collect information about you from other sources and store it in connection with other online or offline information we may possess or obtain about you.

1.2. Non-Personal Information

Certain non-personal information, including but not limited to the type of browser you are using, operating system running that browser, and your IP address (“Non-Personal Information”), may be automatically recorded by the standard operation of the Site’s internet servers. This Non-Personal Information can be used to help diagnose server problems, generally enhance your online experience and administer the Site. We will also collect certain information arising out of your use of the Site, such as cookies, or web beacons, or augment the data we collect with other information from other online or offline sources, including the Demographics and Interest Reports and User-ID tracking features of Google Analytics. 1.3. Web Beacons

Pages on our website also may contain “web beacons” (also known as pixel tags, Internet tags and clear GIFs). Web beacons allow third parties to obtain information such as the IP address of the computer that downloaded the page on which the beacon appears, the time the page containing the beacon was viewed, the URL of the page on which the beacon appears, the type of browser used to view the page, and the information in cookies set by the third party. We use log files to store the data that is collected through web beacons.

All of your Personal Information and Non-Personal Information, as well as any other information described above may be referred to collectively as the “User Information.”

1.4. Cookies

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the hard drive of your computer that contains information about you and that is used for record keeping purposes. Cookies enable us to track and target your interests to enhance your experience on the Site. 2.1. Your Privacy Rights

DYgreencard does not share your Personal Information with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.

2.2. Upon Consent

We may share your information, including Personal Information, with third parties if you provide us with authorization to do so.

2.3. Service Providers

We may share your Personal Information with third-party service providers, but only to the extent necessary for them to assist us in providing our Services. For example, if you purchase Services, we will share your Billing Information with third-party payment processors to the extent necessary to process your payment. We require all third-party service providers to protect the security of your Personal Information, to keep your Personal Information confidential, and to use such information for no other purposes.

2.4. Responses to Legal Process, Subpoenas or Court Orders

We will not voluntarily disclose your Personal Information. However, we may disclose your Personal Information as required by law, such as in response to a court order, subpoena, or similar legal process legally requiring us to produce the information. If legally permitted and feasible, we will give you notice of our receipt of a demand for your Personal Information and provide you a reasonable time in which to seek to quash such demand in court, or otherwise obtain a withdrawal or modification of the demand, before complying with the demand.

2.5. Business Transfers

Your Personal Information may be included in the event that some or all of our assets are sold, assigned or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy. As a general matter, however, an acquiring party cannot retroactively change the Privacy Policy that was in place when DYgreencard collected your Personal Information.

2.6. Academic Research

We may share non-personally identifiable and non-privileged information about you and other users, in aggregate form, to third-party academic researchers. We require all third-party researchers to use such anonymized information for no purposes other than academic research. For example, we may use certain types of non-personally identifiable and non-privileged information to help researchers study factors that reduce barriers facing applicants navigating the immigration system. If you are in the EU, we will only share your non-privileged information with such academic researchers with your consent.

3. Marketing Options

You have choices when it comes to learning about our new offers, services or products, as well as those offered by our affiliates. If you do not wish to receive these offers, you may opt out by Contact Us. Alternatively, each marketing e-mail we send to you will include instructions how to opt-out which you may utilize. Please note that you may still receive information from third parties to whom we have disclosed your information prior to the time you opted-out. You should contact each party in the event that you no longer want to receive information from such party.

We take commercially reasonable steps to protect the security of your User Information. Nonetheless, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent our computers from being illegally accessed, and the data on them stolen or altered, and we assume no liability or responsibility to you or to any third party arising out of any loss, misuse, destruction, or alteration of your User Information. 6. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect information about use of the Site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit the Site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other websites they used prior to coming to the Site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics to improve the Site and Services. Google Analytics collects only the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or other Personal Information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with Personal Information. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy. You can prevent Google Analytics from recognizing you on return visits to this site by disabling cookies on your browser.

7. Persons Under the Age of 18

In order to use the Site and/or its services and/or products, you must be at least 18 years of age. The Site is not directed to or intended for use by persons under the age of 18 and we not knowingly solicit personal information from such persons or send them requests for non-public personal information. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received Personal Information directly from someone under the age of 18, we will delete such information from our records. We reserve the right to modify, alter or otherwise update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so you are encouraged to review this Privacy Policy from time to time. 9. Retention of Personal Information

At a minimum, we will retain your Personal Information for as long as it may be needed to provide you Service and as needed to comply with our legal obligations. Unless you request deletion of your Personal Information sooner, we may hold any of your Personal Information which may be used to provide future Services for up to ten years. Upon request, DYgreencard will inform you about whether we hold any of your Personal Information. You may terminate your account and request deletion of your Personal Information by Contact Us. In some situations, we may be legally required to retain your Personal Information or for other reasons will not be able to comply with a request to delete data.
